Hi, I am Guai-Guai - a 5 years old Pomeranian forever.

In 2020, when I was still no bigger than a sock, my owner Lee found me huddled in the corner of a cage and brought me home. Just like Dobby, the first thing I received was a tiny sock that fit me perfectly. But unlike Dobby, my story didn’t end with just a sock—I was given endless love.

Because I was even smaller than a kitten, Lee always gave me the first bite of every delicious meal and bought me the cutest little clothes. I could even sleep on Lee’s pillow whenever I wanted. Alongside HAHA, I stayed by Lee’s side through the painful days of COVID-19, bringing warmth and comfort in uncertain times.

Unfortunately in 2023, just one day before we were about to move into our new home, something heartbreaking happened—HAHA left us suddenly. After that, I was the only one curling up beside Lee’s pillow, trying to fill the empty space HAHA left behind. Lee was devastated, unable to let go. And so, in 2024, HAPET was created in HAHA’s image—a way for HAHA to stay with us in a different way, forever.

I thought we would go on like this forever. But in 2025, I follow HAHA unexpectedly left Lee Though Lee comforted me that HAHA will take care of me there, I know how Lee was heartbroken to lose me and struggled to say good bye. All I wish now is for Lee to find happiness, surrounded by the other rescued members of HAPET.

HAHA and I will be watching over them from the stars, wagging our tails, forever by their side. 🐾

Hi, I am HaHa - a 5 years old Alaskan Malamute forever.

One night in 2018, my owner, Lee, was walking the dog in the park when Lee saw me—thin, frail, and wandering the streets alone. Without hesitation, Lee picked me up and took me home. Lee had originally decided to have only one dog, but Lee made an exception for me, a large breed in desperate need of care. At that time, I was only four months old but weighed less than 10kg. I suffered from severe skin disease and diarrhea. Seeing me panting with my mouth wide open, Lee named me HAHA.

Within a month of being rescued, I gained 10kg, returning to a healthy weight. Wanting to give me more space to live comfortably, Lee even moved to a duplex apartment. Unfortunately, not long after, Covid-19 struck, and we found ourselves confined in the apartment. During that time, Lee worked tirelessly, hoping to buy a home that truly belonged to us. And so, filled with hope, we spent five wonderful years together.

But in 2023, on the night before we were finally moving into our new home, I collapsed into Lee's arms as Lee rushed back from a work trip. I held on until Lee arrived, but I couldn't make it to the new house, nor could I sleep on the big new bed Lee had bought for us, or take that long-awaited walk by the sea as Lee expected.

Still, I am deeply grateful. In these five years, I was given unconditional love. I was no longer a stray. I got to experience the joy of being well-fed, safe, and loved. So please, don’t be sad, my dear Lee. You were there with me in my final moments, and that means everything. My mission of companionship is complete, but our love and memories will never fade.

I hope that in the days to come, Lee and all the members of HAPET continue to do well, spreading love and kindness, and working towards the protection of animals. 🐾
